Please Note: All bookings are to be made online, via this website.
Access and pitches will be available from 10.00 am on Thursday & must be vacated by Sunday evening 9.00pm (3:30pm on Monday for those paid Sunday night for Monday fly out). The campsite opens on the Thursday to enable you to watch the arrivals and practice sessions of the aircraft taking part in the Air show flying display, also static display aircraft arriving.
Practice sessions can often be quite lengthy and are not restricted to the public day's flight safety line. The aircraft do overfly the campsite, often at low level during these practice flights. The site remains open till Monday 15.30hrs for you to watch the departures, some impromptu displays sometimes occur at this time.
Pitch Fees cover Thursday 10am to Sunday 9pm, no single day rates are available.
Providing camping, and caravanning accommodation facilities specifically for the weekend of the 2012 Waddington International Air Show.
Why stay at Barn Farm?
Barn Farm is located at the south west end of the main runway. We have a dedicated pedestrian access point into the air show from the campsite, where tickets can be purchased from airshow staff at the gate on the day of entry and you can also catch a courtesy bus up to the main display area. Courtesy buses run throughout Saturday and Sunday to the air show from the taxiway adjacent to the camp site gate into the airshow.
The gates on to the air field opens at 08:00am subject to the military, with the show proper commencing at approximately 10:00am on Saturday and 10:30am on Sunday.
If you require vehicle access to the air show then this is available through the public access point at Crash Gate 6 adjacent to the site. Directions are signposted from the camp site it's self.
Security arrangements for 2012. We will be implementing security wrist bands, as used at rock concerts. There will be onsite security from 10pm to 6am.

- Toilets with hand wash and servicing
- Disabled/Baby Changing toilets with servicing
- Mains water
- Sanitation point
- Calor butane and propane gas is available on site in 4.5kg, 6kg and 7kg plus camping sizes
Not provided:
- We do not sell air show tickets
- No showers
- No electric hook ups
- Refuse disposal
Costs:
- Standard Pitches (9 by 8 meters) Thursday 10am to Sunday evening £50
- 8m plus Pitches (18 by 8 meters) Thursday 10am to Sunday evening £75
- Stay on Sunday night for an extra £10 and see the air craft fly out on Monday morning.
- Additional cars £10 extra Motorcycles £5

Payment in full for your pitch can be made at time of booking through the PayPal link on the booking form, Major credit/debit cards are also accepted on this link. cheque payments for bookings need to be made within 2 weeks of receiving the pitch availability and pricing confirmation you will receive from us, after sending in your booking request form. Pitches not paid for after 2 weeks, will not be reserved and will be sold on.
Please note that any booking made after 20th June 2012, needs to be made using the website Booking Form. Payments after this point either need to be made by Paypal, Credit/Debit card at the time of booking or 'Cash on Arrival'. To avoid disappointment we recommended booking a pitch in advance.
